Positioning and branding strategy for the hospitality portfolio of 16 assets with a total of 2,700+ keys. Operator engagement, selection and HMA finalization. Development lead of the first large-scale mixed-use cluster of the masterplan: 210,000 sqm BUA, comprising a luxury hotel, a holistic wellness-focused hotel, luxury branded villas and apartments, non-branded residences and a retail strip.
Qiddiya hospitality portfolio
Development lead for three resort core portfolio hotels within KSA's entertainment-driven giga-project. Product definition, investment strategy, benchmarking, hotel quantum and CAPEX structuring. Led the international design competitions for waterpark assets.
Hilton DoubleTree
Initiated the 153-key product, with two meeting rooms, one ballroom, one boardroom, a full spa & fitness facility, and a number of F&B outlets. Scope was brief: business case and CAPEX decisions; hotel metrics, area program and concept (guest profile, functional flow, high- and low-season strategy, USPs and overall performance); international operator liaison; concept design; high-level program; and tender preparation and project initiation.
Mina Al Sultan Qaboos Waterfront
$2 billion conversion of an existing port into a mixed-use waterfront destination with residential, hotel, commercial and cultural components. Master planning, concept design development, infrastructure enabling works, procurement strategy and tender management.

Integrated Owner-side development lead for the 133-key ultra-luxury urban hotel. Development, feasibility and design management of three urban regeneration projects totaling 600,000 sqm in central Istanbul.

Türkiye's and the Mediterranean's first Mandarin Oriental resort: 109 keys plus 98 villas and 116 luxury residences over a 60-hectare masterplan. Integrated Owner-side development over feasibility, CAPEX, design and delivery management, operator interface and handover to operations.

322-key hotel and a 280-unit Class-A residential twin-tower project. Realization strategy, master schedule, design direction and operator and lender relationship management.
